Functioning

• After starting the machine we put the dough portion of weight to 8 kg on feeding belt.
• We start the belt defining its motion direction by shift of horizontal lever or pressing pedal.
• After setting limiter for suitable dough thickness, we sheet the dough by shifting horizontal lever until the lever stops on the limiter after each piece of dough passed the rolls.
• We can put the dough on the roll which is on the stand or by using additional equipment cut the dough for belts, rectangles, triangles, circles etc.
• After end of work we can put together dough sheeter as on the drawing.
